Emily Neu
Emily is the Founder and Executive Director of the Mercy Mission House. Emily worked hard with community leaders and partners to raise the funds needed to create the emergency shelter.

Jay Young
Jay is our Housing Coordinator. They work hard to connect residents to permanent housing and provide transitional support through the Extending Mercy Program.

Steve Holstein
Steve has worked every shift at the shelter over the last few years. He supervises residents, manages tours and trains volunteers along with so many other duties.
