Meet The Team

Emily Neu

Emily is the Founder and Executive Director of the Mercy Mission House. Emily worked hard with community leaders and partners to raise the funds needed to create the emergency shelter.

Jay Young

Jay is our onsite Shelter Director. Jay handles the day to day operations of the shelter and works closely with staff and residents.

Jay has served in many roles at MMH, including intake specialist, housing manager and now shelter director.

Steve Holstein

Steve has worked every shift at the shelter over the last few years. He supervises residents, manages tours and trains volunteers along with so many other duties.
